Refund policy

We follow a refund process based on the policies of our suppliers, including Meesho. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we ensure a fair resolution for every eligible return or refund request.


✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item was delivered.
  • A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • You provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging and with all tags.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn innerwear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Late return requests (after 7 days)

🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@hotinnerwear.store within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Share your order ID and issue with photos/videos.
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (if available) or guide you on self-shipping.
  4. After inspection, refund will be issued to your original payment method.

⏳ Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

📝 Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or size mismatch. Please check product details carefully before ordering.
  • Refunds are subject to approval by our supplier based on their internal quality check.
