We follow a refund process based on the policies of our suppliers, including Meesho. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we ensure a fair resolution for every eligible return or refund request.
✅ Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item was delivered.
- A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- You provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- The product is unused, in original packaging and with all tags.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or worn innerwear
- Items without original packaging
- Late return requests (after 7 days)
🔄 Return Process
- Contact us at support@hotinnerwear.store within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Share your order ID and issue with photos/videos.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (if available) or guide you on self-shipping.
- After inspection, refund will be issued to your original payment method.
⏳ Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
📝 Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or size mismatch. Please check product details carefully before ordering.
- Refunds are subject to approval by our supplier based on their internal quality check.
